NICE THINGS PEOPLE HAVE SAID

Public Libraries Victoria engaged Simon to prepare a Strategic Issues Paper to inform our strategic planning process. What emerged far exceeded my expectations. Simon took us through a rigorous process to generate scenarios for Victoria’s public library sector, which were confronting but also enlightening and empowering. Simon did a brilliant job of finding the balance between challenging and reassuring us, enabling us to be comfortable with being uncomfortable.
